Chef Jorg Amsler is as big as the Matterhorn in both personality and talent. As much as this Swiss native would like to be known for his cakes, pastries and chocolate, he's just as comfortable with savory foods. Whether it's a wedding cake or the whole event, Jorg gets it done. A strong believer in supporting the community Jorg and his team of pastry chefs often participate in many local pastry and national competitions and fundraising events.
